As your postnatal doula I am happy to offer a helping hand around the house. I am available for two or more hours a day, for however many days you require. The hours of a postnatal doula are adaptable to whatever your needs are. 

A postnatal doula can offer emotional and practical support to new parents. I can help with cooking, washing, ironing, or even look after the baby while you have a rest. I am also happy to run errands, or maybe pick up a bit of shopping for you. We can discuss any issues or concerns that arise relating to the baby, breastfeeding, or motherhood. I will offer emotional support and information as needed, or share contact names and telephone numbers relevant to your needs.

I have past experience as a professional chef, which includes knowledge of food safety and nutrition. I also have personal experience of real nappies and would be happy to help you successfully use cloth nappies and help the environment. If you choose to breastfeed, I can offer some support and information, and can help you contact local breastfeeding advice if needed.
